Open Question: How do I remove securityhelpcenter.com warning after removing Personal Antivirus?

Posted by Elderly Care Expert | Internet Security | Friday 3 July 2009 3:07 am

I was infected with Personal Antivirus and was able to remove using Super Antispyware and malwarebytes software. Now when I try to go to any security site to update my soft such as McAfee, a yellow bar comes up right bellow address bar of Internet explorer and says the following message in quotes(it looks like ActiveX warning by IE, but it’s not)

Warning! Visiting this site may harm your computer! This web site probably contains malicious software program, which can cause damage to your computer or perform actions without your permission. Your computer may be infected after visiting such a web site. Click (Link: securityhelpcenter.com) here to install Personal antivirus security software.

How do I get rid of the “securityhelpcenter.com” warning from my computer?

I have Windows XP with IE 6.0
